- We’re looking for a Senior Tech Lead Manager - Finance to lead the engineering organisation behind one of seQura’s most business-critical capabilities
- As seQura continues to grow across markets, products, and transaction volumes, Finance can no longer rely on disconnected systems and manual processes. Our ambition is to build a modern Finance Technology platform that enables Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Finance to operate in real time
- You’ll lead a team of ten engineers responsible for the systems, integrations, and data infrastructure that move money, power financial reporting, and support every major financial decision across the company
- This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CTO and CFO. You’ll be the technical voice within Finance leadership, translating business priorities into engineering execution while ensuring the platform continues to scale with the business

- You’ll lead a team of ten engineers and partner closely with Finance leadership across Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Finance
