Product Manager – Author Operations & Support (all genders)
, you translate our Author Enablement vision into concrete product decisions and make sure internal teams get the tools they actually need. Here's what that looks like day to day:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: You translate the Author Enablement vision into a clear roadmap, aligned with eduki's annual goals. You own the product backlog and make informed calls on scope and prioritisation, communicating decisions and trade-offs clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Discovery & Stakeholder Insight: You run structured discovery — defining hypotheses, designing research, and synthesising insights — and connect findings directly to roadmap decisions. Through regular engagement with Key Account Managers, the Teaching Material Team, Finance, and Author Happiness, you proactively spot needs and opportunities before they become problems.
