BoConcept PlusStore in Mijas is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Interior Designer to join our team.

About the role:

As an Interior Designer at BoConcept PlusStore, you will inspire our customers by creating beautiful, functional living spaces while delivering outstanding service throughout the entire customer journey. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop personalized interior solutions, and help bring their vision to life.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week. Work on Saturdays will occur as part of the work schedule).

Your responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist customers in our showroom with a professional and consultative approach.

* Create inspiring interior design solutions tailored to each customer’s lifestyle and needs.





* Prepare mood boards, room layouts, and furniture proposals using BoConcept’s design tools.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

* Achieve personal and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

* Keep up to date with interior design trends, product knowledge, and BoConcept collections.

* Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standards.

* Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds in an international team.

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a genuine passion for interior design, furniture, and contemporary living.

* Is creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, colours, and space planning.

* Loves working with people and providing outstanding customer service.

* Speaks English and Spanish fluently (both written and spoken).

* Is confident, proactive, and results-oriented.
