We are looking for an
Operations Assistant
to join our team at Marina Port Vell.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operational activities of our yacht agency, working closely with the team to deliver outstanding service to captains, crew, owners, and guests.

Requirements
- Minimum
1 year of experience
working for a
yacht agency
or yacht services company.
- Professional proficiency in English
, both written and spoken.
- Versátil, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for the yachting industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a customer-focused attitude.




- The right to work in Spain is considered an advantage.
