You'll take ownership of the commercial direction for Iberia, leading the sales organisation, developing market strategy, strengthening customer relationships and driving sustainable business growth.
What you'll be doing
Drive Commercial Growth
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal.
- Deliver sustainable revenue growth across both direct and partner sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments and strategic accounts.
- Expand recurring revenue through SaaS, software and services.
- Build long-term relationships with executive decision-makers and key customers.
- Lead complex enterprise sales opportunities from strategy through negotiation and close.
- Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management and sales performance.
Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
- Inspire, coach and develop an experienced commercial organisation.
- Create a high-performance culture focused on customer success and accountability.
- Develop sales capability, succession planning and leadership within the team.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and other business functions.
Shape the Future of the Business
- Play a key role in defining the future growth strategy across Iberia.
