Job Summary:
Supermicro is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Business Development to lead high-impact growth initiatives across AI infrastructure, hyperscale data centers, enterprise cloud, HPC, edge computing, and rack-scale total solutions.
This role will serve as a senior commercial and technical leader responsible for identifying strategic market opportunities, developing executive customer relationships, shaping complex solution pursuits, and converting customer infrastructure requirements into scalable,



revenue-generating business opportunities. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of data-center infrastructure, server platforms, rack-scale architectures, GPU/CPU systems, liquid cooling, networking, storage, and ecosystem partnerships.
The Senior Director will work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, solutions architecture, operations, finance, marketing, and executive leadership to expand Supermicro’s footprint with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, enterprise AI customers, large data-center operators, OEMs, and strategic technology partners.
