Job Description:
An opportunity for Quality Conformance Manager & Operational Surveillance has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsabilities
You will participate and /or lead development and deployment projects for the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives in the Transport and Logistic area.

It will be focused on:
- Process performance and product adherence to standards
- Reliability of processes
- Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product.
- Audit inputs ( internal and external)

Skills
- Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience in some of this areas: Quality and / or Logistics
- SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI knowledge
- Non-conformities process knowledge
- Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving knowledge
- Programming and Artificial Intelligence knowledge
- Proactive person.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized & Structured.




- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
- Strong Customer orientation.
