to join our Clinical Medical & Professional Affairs (CMPA) team. In this highly visible integral role, you will shape and lead clinical evidence strategies that support innovation, strengthen market access, and drive commercial success across our Wound Care portfolio.

- Lead the development and execution of Evidence Planning for assigned Wound Care portfolios, ensuring evidence strategies remain aligned throughout the product lifecycle.
- Act as the key clinical evidence partner to Wound Care R&D;, Marketing, Commercial and Regulatory stakeholders, translating business needs into robust evidence generation plans.
- Serve as the CMPA representative within product development projects, supporting evidence needs from concept through lifecycle management.
- Lead cross-functional evidence strategy teams, driving collaboration, alignment and successful execution of clinical evidence activities.
