The Opportunity

Are you highly organized, digitally savvy, and ready to provide top-tier administrative support to a global leadership team? As our Administrative Assistant based in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will provide critical support to the Head of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) and the CoE Leadership Team. In the context of the Diagnostics Global Operations transformation (“FOM”), this role is critically based in Sant Cugat to support our evolving, globally distributed organization.
- Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Procurement Center of Excellence and is part of the wider Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Wider team and stakeholders: Interacts closely with the CoE Leadership Team, Category, Delivery, the broader DOP team in Sant Cugat, and the Executive Assistant to the Head of DOP
