Key Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.
- Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.
- Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.
- Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.
- Follow established operational procedures for incident management.
- Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information.




- Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.

Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in
ServiceNow
for incident logging and prioritization.
- Experience with monitoring tools like
Datadog
.
- Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like
Excel
or
Power BI
.
- Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks.
- Familiarity with
ITIL processes
, particularly in incident, problem, and change management.
- Minimum B2 level of English required.
