Role
We are a Revenue Operations Consulting company whose main role is to connect the Go-To-Market strategy with measurable revenue results. We plan, implement and optimise processes related to:
- Marketing Automation: with Pardot and HubSpot as the main tools and Salesforce as the CRM to connect with.
- Revenue Data & Reporting: connecting all the tools used in the GTM stack and ensuring the continuous tracking of the Lead-to-Revenue lifecycle.
- Revenue Operations and GTM Processes: aligning Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams around shared processes and data.
We are not an agency, and it's not our goal to become one.

Job Description
Your work for our customers will consist of:
Revenue and Online Activity Tracking
- Implementing end-to-end Tracking of user sources, activity, and conversions (GTM, GA4, custom tracking, Ads platform)
- Implementing the cookie compliance tracking requirement
- Ensuring data consistency across Marketing and Sales systems
Entry Points, GTM Initiatives and Lifecycle Processes
- Setting up of GTM Initiatives assets and processes, ensuring consistency with Lead and Account Qualification, assignment, Lifecycle stage progression, and Attribution and Tracking: Webinar tools, Chat tools, Landing Pages and forms, Database import, offline event process and Referral Programs
- Coordinating and training of Local Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure the adoption of shared processes and tools.
