The opportunity




Following the introduction of Spain's new regulatory framework for standardised cannabis preparations (Royal Decree 903/2025) and Curaleaf's first product registrations in the market, Spain is a significant growth opportunity - and it needs someone on the ground to bring it to life, compliantly and commercially.

This is a rare chance to own the in-market activation of a newly opened market from day one. You'll translate category and brand strategy into local execution: building awareness, clinical understanding and availability of Curaleaf's standardised cannabis preparations across the hospital pharmacy channel and specialist prescriber community - always within the boundaries of the Spanish regulatory framework.

What You'll Do
- Own the local go-to-market plan for Curaleaf's registered preparations in Spain, turning category and brand strategy into a market-specific activation calendar
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital pharmacies, specialist physicians and key healthcare stakehol
