At Moments Estates, we're growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated team member to join us.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves variety, and wants to build a successful career in the Costa Blanca real estate market.

As our Junior Sales | Real Estate, you'll work closely with our Sales Director and become involved in every aspect of the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn the real estate industry from the ground up while developing into a successful sales professional.

Your responsibilities will include managing our CRM system, preparing and publishing property listings, coordinating appointments and viewings, following up with clients, welcoming buyers to our office, accompanying property viewings, and supporting the sales process from start to finish. As you grow, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and develop into an independent real estate sales professional.

Who are we looking for?




- Spanish and English are required (an additional language is a big advantage).
- Friendly, professional and well-presented.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Commercially minded with excellent people skills.
- Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in real estate.
