Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile International Project Coordinator to drive the design, launch, ongoing operational management, and final assessment of this integral online forum and training platform. The project is structured into three distinct phases: a Setup and Launch Phase, an Operational Phase, and a final Evaluation Phase. As the operational engine of this project, the Coordinator will monitor digital infrastructure, manage communications, serve as the primary liaison, and compile key findings.

Key Responsibilities

Project Design, Launch & Infrastructure (Preparation Phase)
- Digital Infrastructure:



Coordinate and oversee the setup and launch of the project’s web portal, ensuring a secure, functional, and user-friendly platform for professional registration.
- Communications & Digital Presence: Set up and manage digital channels, professional social media presence, and brand visibility assets.
- Outreach & Community Growth: Plan and execute a targeted outreach campaign, engaging with international organizations, clinics, and health professionals to secure the initial member cohort.
- Operational Readiness: Assemble institutional invitation materials, secure the calendar for the international panels, and organize professional content libraries.

Live Session Management & Operations (Execution Phase)
- Webinar Coordination: Plan, moderate, and coordinate the execution of scheduled interactive live sessions and digital panels.
