Tech Pipeline focuses on clearing the operational drag that keeps businesses from moving forward. We are currently partnering with a major Spanish firm to resolve internal process bottlenecks and data flow issues. As a PMO Intern, you will support our team in maintaining the structure and documentation necessary to ensure these technical improvements result in lasting success.

About the role
Often, companies find that their tools and their teams are no longer in sync. This results in what we call the broken middle: where data gets lost, approvals stall in email chains, and manual workarounds become permanent. In this role, you will be helping to organize our project office for our Spanish client engagement. This is a fully remote position where you will focus on the practical side of project management. You will stay close to the technical reality of what our specialists are doing, whether they are rewriting routing rules or consolidating a massive backlog. You will help keep the project on track by managing status logs, verifying that documentation is accurate,



and ensuring that our technical teams have clear visibility into their daily priorities.

What you will be doing
- Updating project logs and status trackers to ensure technical progress matches our internal records.
- Reviewing project documentation to identify and fix inconsistencies in our reporting pipelines.
- Assisting in the creation of standard operating procedures so the client can manage their new systems independently.
- Checking data exports and reconciliation reports to confirm that specific technical routing rules are functioning as intended.
- Managing the schedule for technical handovers to ensure the client operators are prepared for live operation.
- Drafting clear updates that summarize project progress without using abstract layers or corporate jargon.
- Documenting friction points identified during interviews with the people who do the work on the ground.
