About the Role

Trenes.com, recently acquired by Ixigo, is looking for a multilingual (Spanish and English) high-potential Finance Manager (2–4 years’ experience) to support day-to-day finance operations and contribute to financial planning and reporting. This role will work closely with Ixigo’s central finance team and Trenes.com's management team. The Finance Manager's first mission will be to implement Ixigo's processes and tools in the company, and migrate legacy systems accordingly, with Ixigo and Trenes.com's teams providing extensive support, direction and resources for the success of the transition.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure across accounting, FP&A;, and cross-border financial coordination in a fast-growing travel-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities,



including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local accounting standards and group policies
- Maintain and improve financial processes within MS Dynamics ERP
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow tracking

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare monthly financial reports and performance dashboards
- Analyze key business metrics and provide actionable insights to management
- Assist in building financial models for business decisions

3. Reporting & Group Coordination
- Prepare and submit timely reports to Ixigo’s central finance team
- Ensure alignment with group reporting requirements and timelines
- Assist in consolidation and intercompany reconciliations

4. Tax & External Advisors
- Coordinate with external tax advisors for compliance, filings, and ad
