We are looking for a
Business Controller (Commercial & Financial Controlling)
with a strong business-oriented mindset and the ability to act as a strategic partner across both the commercial and financial areas of the organization. The selected candidate will play a key role in monitoring business performance, analyzing sales, margins, profitability, costs, inventory, and financial results, transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to the
Finance Director
, the successful candidate will work closely with the
General Management team
and collaborate cross-functionally with the
Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Finance departments
,



acting as the link between commercial performance analysis and financial controlling. Through a critical and analytical approach, the role will contribute directly to improving business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic Business Partner to Management and the different business functions, providing analytical support for decision-making.
- Analyze business performance, including sales, margins, pricing, costs, inventory, and profitability, identifying variances, improvement opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate commercial performance, customer profitability, product profitability, and pricing strategies.
- Develop, monitor, and track the company's key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
- Prepare monthly corporate reporting for the international parent company.
