Development and Operations of the IT product
Responsible for the IT product life cycle and efficient operation
Manage and coordinate the Development+Operations value streams for an IT product
Development of a concrete product vision and its transfer to the IT delivery/product team
Coordinating the product content and the product backlog with the business counterpart and the IT architect(s) involved
Responsibility for the content of the product team's deliveries - also in terms of time, quality and costs
Supporting the teams in the development of future IT product generations




Together with the IT product team: planning the development sprints, formulating the sprint goals and implementing the sprints
Participation in the presentation of the current status and preview of upcoming content to stakeholders
Continuous dialogue with stakeholders on development progress and priorities
Participation in the continuous adaptation of agile working methods
Responsibility for the delivery capability, commitment and continuous development and effectiveness of the assigned team(s) as well as their development and continuous improvement of the teams (together with the Agile Master)
Selection, commissioning (together with Purchasing and, if applicable, People Lead) and technical coordination and management of external service providers in the teams and feedback to IT Vendor Management on their working methods and performance
