? 1-to-1 School Support Assistant Needed (Marbella) – Starting 31st August 2026

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and physically active assistant to support our lovely 9-year-old daughter at school in Marbella for the upcoming school year. She is a full-time wheelchair user, and this role is entirely about helping her safely access her school day, feel included, and thrive

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (School term time only)

Nagueles, Marbella

Contract:
Formal Spanish employment contract (

Salary:
€1,400 gross/month + Spanish Social Security fully paid + paid holidays

What the Role Involves:
- Mobility & Transfers:
Helping her transfer from her wheelchair to her standing frame and back.
- Personal Care:
Assisting with daily bathroom routines and changing clothes for PE and swimming lessons.
- Active Support:
Helping her do basic stretching/physiotherapy exercises during the day (no prior training needed, we will guide you).
- School Navigation:




Escorting her safely through school grounds and helping her fully participate in all classroom and sports activities.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Right to Work:
You
must
legally have the right to work in Spain (valid NIE/TIE with work permission).
- Physical Capability:
The role involves physical lifting and transfers, so physical stamina and comfortable body mechanics are essential.
- Language:
Fluent English speaker. Intermediate Spanish is a wonderful bonus but not mandatory.
- Background Checks:
Willingness to provide clean background checks (Spanish

and a UK DBS/ICPC check, where applicable).
- Personality:
Patient, caring, organized, and enthusiastic
