Tech Pipeline focuses on fixing the specific points of friction within business operations. As a lead Spanish fintech firm expands its general presence, we are working with them to stabilize and maintain the automated systems that manage their international transaction data. We are looking for an RPA Support Specialist to help us oversee these processes and resolve technical issues as they arise.

About the role
In this role, you will be the first line of defense for a variety of automated workflows. We do not deal in high-level strategy or broad management frameworks. Instead, we look at the actual code and logs to see why a piece of data did not reach its destination. You will be helping a large fintech client manage the transition of their back-office tasks into stable, automated routines. This involves monitoring existing bots, identifying where they fail, and making the necessary adjustments to keep the data moving. Because this is a fully remote position,



you will need to be comfortable communicating technical findings through clear writing and documentation rather than frequent meetings.

What you will be doing
- Monitor daily bot execution schedules to ensure all financial data is processed on time.
- Read and interpret error logs to find the source of truth for process failures.
- Update routing rules and basic scripts when a system or file format changes.
- Manually reconcile data sets when an automated process stops midway through a task.
- Collaborate with operators to understand the real-world impact of a technical bug.
- Write clear incident summaries that explain what broke and how it was fixed.
- Test updated workflows in a staging environment before they go live.
- Document new edge cases to improve the reliability of the automation over time.
