Tech Pipeline helps operations teams fix broken internal processes by focusing on where data gets stuck. We are currently supporting a Spanish telecommunications provider as they expand their digital operations, ensuring their internal routing and data flows are stable. As an Analytics Coordinator, you will help us identify friction in these systems so they can run independently.

About the role
This is not a high level strategy position. We need someone to get into the logs and figures to find out why reports are drifting or why data is not moving between systems correctly. You will be looking at vigente business processes for the Spanish telecom project, finding the gaps where scripts fail or manual entries go wrong. This is a fully remote position where your primary job is to provide the data that lets us fix specific problems. You will work closely with the technical reality of how work moves through a company, helping to bridge the gap between tools and outcomes.

What you will be doing
- Reviewing daily logs to find where data transfers between systems are stalling.




- Updating standard operating procedures based on new routing rules we implement.
- Comparing reports from different sources to find the exact point of reconciliation failure.
- Writing short summaries of technical issues for the operations team to review.
- Organizing backlogs of data errors to help engineers prioritize fixes.
- Checking data entries against system records to ensure the source of truth is accurate.
- Assisting in the collection of performance figures for the digital expansion project.
- Tracking the progress of data through new digital pipelines to ensure stability.

What we need from you
- A basic understanding of spreadsheets and how to organize large sets of information.
- Clear writing skills for documenting technical steps and issue reports.
- A methodical approach to checking work: especially when looking for small errors.
- Curiosity about how software tools talk to one anot
