About the role
Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management platform built for independent hoteliers — PMS, channel manager, booking engine, and website builder in one place. Organic search is one of our most strategic acquisition channels, and this role sits at its centre.

As Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market.



Your north-star metric is New MRR driven through organic — not just rankings or traffic.

Your missions
- Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is SEO, AEO, and AI search optimised across all five locales — briefing, reviewing, and iterating per locale.
- Own our competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme — systematically improving every page across copywriting quality, SEO, structured data, and AI search visibility.
- Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals, and crawl health across our Webflow site.
- Own our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy — FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and
