Tech Pipeline works with organizations to fix operational friction within their technical workflows by addressing the specific gaps where data and processes break down. We are currently supporting a large Spanish telecommunications provider as they expand their digital operations, helping them bridge the distance between their current tools and their growing service requirements. This role focuses on the technical reality of how users interact with web interfaces and ensuring those interfaces reflect the underlying data accurately.

About the role
As an Associate Web Developer, you will help us address the gaps in how users and internal operators interact with complex backend systems. Operations teams often face significant drag when their web interfaces do not align with the presente state of the data, leading to stuck orders or manual spreadsheets. You will be responsible for identifying these technical inconsistencies and implementing front-end fixes that make the system more reliable for everyone. Since this role is fully remote,



you will be expected to communicate clearly through shared documentation and technical logs rather than relying on constant video synchronization.

What you will be doing
- Reviewing CSS and HTML layouts to identify why certain elements are not rendering correctly for customers or internal teams.
- Checking browser console logs to trace front-end errors back to their original source in the API layer.
- Updating front-end routing rules to ensure users are directed to the correct service pages during their digital journey.
- Testing web forms to ensure that customer input is being validated and passed to the database without data loss.
- Writing clear documentation for every code change so the client team can maintain the system once our engagement ends.
- Collaborating with our technical leads to resolve small bugs in JavaScript components and user interfaces.
