Position Overview

Pulse Media NL is seeking a highly motivated and analytical
Digital Marketing Specialist
to develop, execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The adecuado candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays current with industry trends, and has hands-on experience managing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, sales, and brand awareness.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the creative, content, design, and sales teams to implement integrated marketing strategies while continuously analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
- Create campaign plans focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis,



and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.

Paid Advertising (PPC)
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Track and improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
- Monitor website rankings and organic traffic performance.
- Collaborate with developers to improve website speed, indexing, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
