Field Service Specialist – Iberia (Field Based)
Responsible for customer satisfaction in after-sales service, supporting the installation, maintenance, and technical assistance of CTS products. Works closely with customers, distributors,
and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and promote business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- On-site technical support (installation, maintenance, repair)
- Management and resolution of complex technical issues
- Support for distributors, service partners, and end customers
- Technical and product training
- Coordination with internal teams (sales, customer service, remote support)
- Incident management and CRM updates (Salesforce / Siroforce)
- Participation in events and trade shows
- Reporting and performance tracking activities
Requirements
- Experience in field technical service (preferably in the dental sector)
- Technical knowledge (IT, electronics, electromechanical systems)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical education (engineering or similar)
- Fluent Spanish, basic English (other languages are a plu
