About the Role
In this role, you will take full end-to-end ownership of an established hyperscale customer account, leading a dedicated delivery team to maintain and elevate the standard of service our AI customers expect. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day account performance, managing your team, protecting delivery quality, and owning the customer relationship from a delivery standpoint.
This position reports directly to the VP, Delivery & Operations.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
- Own and Manage Account Delivery: Take full end-to-end ownership of an established hyperscale customer account, serving as the single accountable delivery owner for the engagement. Manage program parameters, customer requirements, timelines, and team execution with precision to ensure a high-trust engagement and seamless account continuity.
- Lead and Develop the Delivery Team: Directly manage and support the delivery team responsible for the account. Provide clear direction, regular performance feedback, and development opportunities to foster a high-performance culture focused on quality, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
