Tech Pipeline is currently supporting a Spanish telecommunications provider that is expanding its digital infrastructure and internal service capabilities. We help our clients move past operational drag by identifying exactly where their processes break down between the initial request and the final delivery. As a Project Management Intern, you will help our team organize these technical fixes and ensure that every step of the project is documented and completed.

About the role
In this role, you will help manage the flow of work for a large digital expansion project. The Spanish telco client is dealing with more data and more requests than their current systems were designed to handle. This often leads to stuck approval chains and manual workarounds that slow everyone down. Your job is to help us track the specific routing rules we are rewriting and the backlogs we are clearing. This is not a role for making high level strategy decks. Instead,



you will be looking at the ground truth of how tasks move through our project management tools and ensuring that our technical team has everything they need to fix the next reconciliation gap. This position is fully remote, allowing you to focus on clear documentation and precise tracking without the distractions of a traditional office.

What you will be doing
- Monitor project trackers to ensure that every technical task is moving through the correct stages of completion.
- Update internal status reports by checking vigente system logs or developer updates rather than just asking for verbal overviews.
- Document the manual processes we find so that we can help the client turn them into automated routing rules.
- Identify bottlenecks in our own communication or task queues and suggest ways to clear them.
- Assist in the creation of handover guides that show the client how to run their new systems without our help.
- Follow up on specific ticket items in the backlog to ensure no small technical task is left behind.
