Job Description

What you'll do
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
- Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Independently generate new business opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain an organized pipeline.

What we're looking for
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience (2+ years) with a track record of closing.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2)



with strong communication and active listening skills.
- Experience working remotely in a high-performance sales role.
- Results-driven, with a hunger for success and growth.
- Willingness to travel to Madrid for the initial onboarding (3 weeks).
- Team player with a collaborative mindset; locally based in Spain with valid work authorization.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- EU passport or valid work permit for Spain.
