What is Butterfly?




The Butterfly program was created in April 2025 to drive the transformation of the company into a fully independent, data & AI-powered organization through innovation, digitalization, and operational excellence, while building the foundations, processes and capabilities needed for long-term success.

Butterfly acts as an accelerator of our Value Creation Plan, while ensuring we properly separate from Sanofi.

As part of this separation, we aim to implement SAP S4 across the whole company (already deployed 60% of revenues and 2 out of 13 manufacturing sites) over the next 4 years. This strategic initiative will modernize our ERP systems, streamline processes, and enhance our operational efficiency on a general scale, at the same time that we ensure separation from our legacy ERP and connected application landscape.
