We are looking for a People Intern to work closely with our Head of People and help ensure that everything across the People function happens smoothly and on time.
This is a generalist role with a strong operational focus,



while also offering the opportunity to develop progressively in hiring, culture and employee experience.

Your responsibilities
People Operations & Workplace
- Support the preparation, collection and organisation of contracts, amendments, employee documentation, signatures and exits.
- Collect and review monthly payroll variables before sending them to our external payroll partner.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, hardware, accesses and welcome packs.
- Coordinate workplace needs, office supplies and recurring providers.
- Keep People information, processes and checklists organised and up to date.

Talent Acquisition
- Publish job opportunities across our ATS, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Review applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
