We are looking for a full-time Facilitator to join our team in Valencia and work with students in Grades 9–12.

*This is not a traditional teaching role.*

You will not spend your day lecturing from the front of the classroom. You will design experiences, guide inquiry, challenge assumptions, coach students, and help young people take ownership of their learning.

YOUR ROLE

As a Facilitator, you will:

• Design multidisciplinary projects connected to real-world questions.

• Turn academic standards into learning experiences that spark curiosity.

• Guide students through research, discussion, experimentation, and creation.

• Coach students during independent learning and personalized academic work.





• Ask questions that strengthen critical thinking rather than provide immediate answers.

• Help students create books, exhibitions, campaigns, prototypes, performances, and community projects.

• Use businesses, universities, cultural spaces, and community organizations as extensions of the classroom.

• Lead meaningful discussions, collaborative work, and student reflection.

• Track academic progress and provide specific, useful feedback.

• Support students with different abilities, interests, and learning needs.

• Build strong relationships with students and families.

• Help students prepare for university, entrepreneurship, and the workplace.

• Supervise field experiences and learning activities across Valencia.

• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the student experience.
