You鈥檒l shape technical strategy for Prime modules and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data Science to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. You鈥檒l translate requirements into tangible designs, promote engineering excellence, and mentor engineers to reach their potential. Lead a cross-functional agile team of 7-10 engineers
Shape technical strategy for Prime modules and ensure performance

Knowledge and experience with coding, OO design, system design, performance tuning, design patterns, data modelling
Javascript and code base knowledge
Knowledge and experience with distributed, concurrent and scalable systems
Experience with Applied AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants
Experimentation mindset and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
