Vonage is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the communications API suite in Spain. You will be deeply embedded with customers' business and technical strategies, driving platform adoption, value realization, and revenue growth.
In this role you will build multi-threaded relationships from technical teams to C-suite, design outcome-driven success plans, oversee renewals, and partner with Sales on expansion
