Manager Software Engineering

to be responsible for leading cross-functional Software Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software products in alignment with business and product objectives for our

newly established Technology Hub

in Madrid. The role combines people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical stewardship, ensuring teams operate effectively within established architectural, platform, and operational standards.

Sitting within the Software Engineering organization, the Engineering Manager works in close partnership with Product Owners, Software Architects, Engineering Operations, and DevOps.

Success in this role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, mid‑term thinking, emotional and cultural intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills.
