This is a strategically significant leadership role responsible for overseeing financial performance across a regional scope. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring financial rigor, commercial insight, and effective governance to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
The role requires a forward-thinking finance leader who can balance strategic influence with operational oversight, while leading and developing an international finance team.
Key responsibilities of the General IT Controller:

Act as a business partner to shape business strategy, investment decisions, and performance objectives
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational priorities
Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, offering actionable insight and challenge where appropriate
Strengthen financial controls, risk management and governance frameworks




Evaluate capital allocation, major projects, and strategic initiatives from a financial and value-creation perspective
Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Candidate Profile:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
12+ years in progressive senior finance roles within international, multi-layered organizations
Demonstrated success in executive-level business partnering and influencing strategic decisions
Strong leadership background with experience managing international or remote teams
Commercially astute with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insight
Deep understanding of financial governance, compliance, and risk management
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
