$45,000 - $85,000 USD

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our construction services, project timelines, and company policies.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.




- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions.
- Gather client feedback to help our team improve our services and customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client journey.
- Stay informed about the company’s full range of services and internal procedures.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support, chat agent, or a similar client-facing role.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM systems.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
