Overview
In this role you will lead HR across the Spain sites, shaping people strategies to enable business goals. You will develop talent, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster an employee-centric culture. You will partner with site leadership to optimize workforce planning, performance, and wellbeing while maintaining rigorous data protection and governance. This is an opportunity to drive HR excellence in a manufacturing context and influence Spain-wide people initiatives.

Promote organizational development and develop HR policies and documentation
Compensation and benefits administration for the country
Support local SMT in the three Spanish sites
Deliver employee and management services and counseling
Develop HR Spain site departments and nurture an employee-oriented culture
Data Protection Coordinator for Burgos and Martorell sites reporting to DPO
Responsabilidades
Masters Degree in Human Resources
Very good labour law regulations understanding
University Degree in Human Resources related studies
HR management experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent management skills
Good HR policies knowledge
Industrial experience over five years
