3 Customer Service Specialists
to join a leading multinational company specializing in the maintenance management of retail stores across Europe.

Your responsibilities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance requests through a ticketing platform.
- Provide customer support to Danish or Norwegian clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate technicians and external service providers to ensure incidents are resolved efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests until completion.
- Manage a portfolio of retail stores while maintaining clear communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

What we're looking for
- Native or
C1 level Danish or Norwegian
.
- Good level of
English or Spanish
for internal communication.
- Previous experience in
Customer Service, Customer Support,



Administration, Coordination, or Incident Management
.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Previous experience in facilities management or maintenance is not required.
We highly value candidates with excellent coordination skills and a strong customer service approach.

What we offer
- Permanent contract
directly with the hiring company.
- €30,000 gross annual salary.
- Expected start date:
Second week of August.
- Office working hours:
- 08:00 – 17:00
