JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated Field Application Engineer (FAE) to join our team
and support customer projects involving enterprise data center and solutions. In
this role, you will work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to
help plan, implement, and maintain customer systems. You’ll assist with both
internal and external communications to ensure projects run smoothly and meet
customer goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may
also be assigned):
• Support senior engineers and management in coordinating projects for large
enterprise customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and support) to deliver
hardware and software solutions that meet customer requirements
• Help manage customer communications and follow up on technical issues or
project updates
• Assist in deploying and maintaining data center and server solutions using
Intel, AMD, Nvidia and other architectures
• Learn to troubleshoot systems related to computing, storage, and networking
environments
• Participate in testing, documentation, and reporting for ongoing and new
projects
• Contribute to technical documentation such as setup guides, product notes, and
knowledge base articles
• Support training and pre-sales activities by preparing materials and learning
product features
• Work cross-departmen
