Tech Pipeline helps operations teams resolve the broken middle of their business processes by focusing on grounded reality over abstract frameworks. We are currently assisting a major financial services provider headquartered in North America as they resolve data friction within their internal systems. We are looking for a PMO Intern to help us manage the documentation and logistics required to keep this technical transition on track.

About the role
In this remote position, you will support the Project Management Office by staying close to the technical details of our engagement. We do not spend our days on strategy decks. Instead, we look at why systems are drifting and how we can fix specific routing rules. You will assist in tracking these technical tasks, ensuring that every integration gap we identify is logged, addressed, and documented for the client operators. This is a chance to see how complex systems actually function and how to manage a project where the focus is on practical results rather than high-level theories.

What you will be doing




- Updating the project source of truth to ensure all team members have access to current task statuses.
- Reviewing project backlogs to identify specific tickets that are causing friction in the delivery timeline.
- Managing the documentation for internal approval chains to ensure they do not get lost in email threads.
- Assisting with daily reconciliation tasks to ensure project data matches the work actually being performed.
- Assisting technical leads in drafting SOPs that explain new routing rules to the client internal teams.
- Organizing technical logs and notes from project sessions so that the information is easily searchable.
- Monitoring the timeline of specific technical fixes to ensure we stay on schedule for the first month of live operation.
- Supporting the administrative side of the handover process, ensuring the client has the tools to run the system independently.
