We are looking for a proactive & talented Operations Lead to manage our external partners at Seller Operations team for our Seller Incubation programs. You will be responsible to streamline our platform programs, tools and SOPs with our strategical BPO partners.

Job Description

● Lead seller operations programs planning, including: KPI setting, monitor key metrics, identify potential issues & gaps and define best practice, ops automation.

● Be an expert in using data to measure and analyse business performance. Analyse operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.





● Explore business opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.

● Collaborate with various expert teams to rollout effective products/services improvements.

● Manage the relationship with external partners supporting seller incubation. Drive alignment between stakeholders and act as main point of contact

Job Requirements

● +5 years working experience in program/project management roles in E-commerce, Marketplaces, Internet companies within Seller Ops.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with AI & proficiency in SQL & data querying.

● Solid experience in driving complex analysis, identifying relevant insights/risks to transform them into action plans and measuring its success.

● Ability to influence others at all levels, using data as main driver. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Self-driven and self-motivated mindset, ability to complete
