On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Customer Consultant (Dutch native) | (Spain, Home Office)

Your role

You're the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking business clients and guide them from initial inquiry through to the completed order. You build genuine client relationships, advise as an equal partner, and make sure our clients are happy to come back.

Your responsibilities:
- Advising our business clients by phone, email, and video call
- Building long-term client relationships – not anonymous support, but personal care
- Handling client inquiries and actively following up on quotes
- Solution-oriented advice on our product portfolio

What you will NOT do here:
- No cold calls – our clients come to us. We do, however, follow up actively to make sure no client falls through the cracks.
- No shift work, no weekends, no night shifts

What you bring
- Dutch at a native-speaker level
- Confident English (for communication within the team)
- Fluency in German is not required but a big plus




- At least a high school diploma (Abitur)
- Residence in an EU country (for legal employment)
- Some experience in customer contact or sales is a plus, but not a must

What you'll earn (transparent & above average)

We believe in fair, transparent pay – so here are the specifics (at 40 hours):
- €2,000 fixed salary per month
- Target quarterly bonus between €300 and €3,000 – depending on your performance and tenure. The longer you're with us, the higher your bonus potential.
- On-target earnings: between €2,100 and €3,000 per month
- This puts us well above the typical pay level for comparable positions abroad

You decide: 32 or 40 hours

With us, you don't have to work 40 hours – you can. Choose the model that fits your life:
- 32 hours/week – more time for the beach, sports, family, or simply yourself
- 40 hours/week – the full salary package with maximum OTE
- Working hours: Mon–Fri within Dutch busines
