What will you do?

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

In this position, you will provide proactive advice and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. You will achieve this through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products.

We are looking for you, because you...
- are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;
- have prior experience as a customer service representative;
- are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;
- are fluent in French, English and Spanish;




- and you are at least also solid in English to be able to communicate within our company;
- handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;
- are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;
- have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us

? a base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross, based on a fulltime employment.

?️ a language bonus per foreign language that you will be working in, the Spanish language excluded.
