We're looking for a
Customer Service Manager
to join our team and support clients in the insurance industry.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage and administer insurance policies.
• Communicate with insurance companies.
• Provide guidance and support on insurance-related matters.
• Assist clients throughout the claims handling process.
What we're looking for:
- Must be based in Spain.
- Spanish proficiency at C1 level
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Russian proficiency at C1 level
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to complete initial training.
- Experience in insurance industry is a
