YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Category Buyer is a critical role in the indirect procurement organization and is involved in a number of core activities from supporting setting the overall category strategy and negotiation of key contracts to driving “SRM” with critical and key suppliers.

Ensuring and maintaining good data analysis and reporting for your categories of responsibility is something that supports your success and development in the role and wider team. You will take the lead in finding and developing sub-category suppliers and will need to regularly engage with and manage key stakeholders across the business.

About You
You have procurement experience in Indirect procurement categories of 3+ years, and another category experience is seen as a plus.



Knowing your way around SAP SRM is going to be of real value and your execution of procurement strategies whilst navigating internal and external partners is something you excel at

RESPONSIBILITIES
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Develop an internal network to capture needs, prioritize project and lead and/or support sourcing initiatives for the categories: Tech & Professional Services on a global basis.
- Support S4 Transformation
- Support General Category Manager on RFP building (e-sourcing), data analysis, market analysis, spend analysis, and global vendor consolidation.
- Work with different business stakeholders and suppliers.
- Review, maintain, and strategically source from the list of Preferred Suppliers (PSL)
- Negotiate local, Regional and Global agreements to support Bacardi’s stakeholders.
