As a
General Marketing & Sales Manager
, you will drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and lead commercial activities across our global consulting organization. Working closely with regional sales teams and business leaders, you will help expand our market presence, build a strong opportunity pipeline, and position Power Consulting as a trusted advisor to customers worldwide.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Drive global business development activities and build a strong pipeline across utilities, renewable developers, transmission system operators, EPCs, data centers, oil & gas companies, and industrial customers.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities in collaboration with regional sales leads and consulting unit managers across global markets.
- Drive early customer engagement to shape requirements and position Power Consulting services ahead of formal procurement processes.
- Lead strategic sales opportunities through opportunity qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract award.
