工作职责：

1. 负责管理国际物流段运输，协调本地仓库入库, 与总部物流同事日常沟通订舱以及出货事宜
2. 管理西班牙客户订单，仓库配货以及协调物流运输
3. 校对物流费用并完成付款流程
4. 协调内部订单交付
5. 日常维护内部WMS以及相应订单系统
6. 维护西班牙日常交付数据，协助长期要货计划
7. 与本地客户经理日常沟通核对配送计划，参加客户物流周会

任职要求：

1. 大学及以上学历，供应链管理或相关专业者优先；
2. 有1-2年物流工作经验者优先；
3. 熟练掌握 Microsoft Office 办公软件；
4. 具备良好的数据分析能力和沟通能力；
5. 能流利使用中文和西班牙语交流。

Logistics Manager (Madrid, Spain)

Location:
Madrid, Spain 100% on site

Key Responsibilities
- Manage international freight transportation, coordinate inbound deliveries with local warehouses,



and communicate daily with the headquarters logistics team regarding bookings and shipments.
- Manage customer orders in Spain, coordinate warehouse picking, and arrange local transportation.
- Verify logistics costs and process related payments.
- Coordinate internal order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain the internal WMS and related order management systems.
- Maintain daily delivery data for Spain and support long-term demand planning.
- Communicate regularly with local Key Account Managers to confirm delivery schedules and participate in customers' weekly logistics meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
