Come away with me for five dreamy days under the Spanish sun - yoga, rest, sunshine, and good company guaranteed. This is one of my most-loved retreats, and it’s easy to see why. My regulars always say it’s their favourite - the perfect mix of soul-soothing yoga, nourishing food, sunshine, and space to truly slow down.

You’ll stay in a beautifully restored
Catalan Masia
in Northern Spain - a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature, just 20 minutes from Girona and 70 minutes from Barcelona. The retreat centre has an enclosed yoga shala, hammocks for lazy afternoons, a seawater pool, saunas, massage options, and plenty of hidden corners to unwind.

We’ll flow through uplifting morning yoga practices to grounding yin, breathwork and meditation in the evenings.

The food is a highlight - delicious organic vegetarian Mediterranean meals prepared with love (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks all included).
