We are looking for an experienced
SAP CAP Developer
to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cloud-native applications on
SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-quality solutions following SAP's
Clean Core
and
Side-by-Side Extensibility
principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications on
SAP BTP
using the
Cloud Application Programming (CAP) framework
.
- Model business data and services using
Core Data Services (CDS)
, including entities, associations, and annotations, exposing them through
OData V4
and
REST APIs
.
- Define and implement scalable application architectures with reusable service components and layered design principles.
- Collaborate closely with
SAP Fiori/UI5
developers to deliver backend services optimized for frontend applications.
- Integrate SAP and on-premise systems using SAP BTP services such as
Destination
,
Connectivity
,
XSUAA
, and




Cloud Connector
.
- Develop and optimize solutions using
SAP HANA Cloud
, including data modeling, HDI containers, and performance tuning.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in
Cloud Foundry
, leveraging modern
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps best practices.
- Follow engineering best practices, including automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing applications with
SAP CAP
on
SAP BTP
using the
Node.js
stack.
- Strong experience with
CDS modeling
and
OData V4
services.
- Proficiency in
JavaScript
and/or
TypeScript
.
- Hands-on experience with
SAP HANA Cloud
and deploying applications to
Cloud Foundry
.
- Solid understanding of SAP BTP core services, including
XSUAA

.
