Job Responsibilities
The
Retail & Visual Merch Intern
will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through different tasks and responsibilities:

Retail:
- Lead daily sales tracking and analysis of sales performance and KPIs by store and product line, identifying trends, top-performing items, and monitoring team productivity.
- Manage budget and invoicing, including processing invoices, tracking expenses against budget allocations, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Support inventory planning, defining stock levels, and ensuring compliance at the point of sale.




- Support sales administration, including managing and assisting the Beauty Consultants (BCs) team with operational tasks and administrative processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for special projects and periodic sales analysis, contributing to information shared with headquarters (France).

Visual Merch:
- Support the design, development, and implementation of pop-up stores, promotional sites, and displays at the brand’s various Points of Sale (POS) and stores.
- Assist with the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Participate in the development of detailed and technical drawings.
- Support the elaboration of planograms, prototypes, renders, and plans.
- Assist with the production of conceptual creative designs.
- Manage suppliers: orders, coordination of materials, organizing calendars and projects, and presenting visuals and guidelines, among other tasks.
